Keep a trading journal you will actually read

A journal is useful when it records the decision, not only the profit and loss.

What to write, in a few lines

  • Screenshot or description of the chart state.
  • Why you entered, in one sentence.
  • Where the idea is wrong.
  • What you felt: rushed, bored, or following a plan.
  • What you will repeat or drop next time.

Review on a schedule

A weekly review of five trades teaches more than a live chat full of other people’s charts. Look for the same mistake appearing twice.

Keep it honest

If you broke the plan, write that down. The journal is for you, not for a highlight reel.

When BitLoreX lessons and community notes go live, they sit next to this habit. They do not replace it.
